You have the conn of the USS Enterprise. Captain James Tiberius Kirk's command chair! Full-size reproduction from the Star Trek: The Original Series TV show. Built by Steve Horch of HMS Creative Productions for Roddenberry. Handcrafted to the exact standards of the original! Made in the USA. Here's your chance to own the most iconic and well-known piece of furniture in television history! This authentic recreation of Captain Kirk's command chair will turn any room of your home or office into the bridge of the USS Enterprise. Just sitting in this handcrafted and set-accurate replica will make you want to give an order to fire phasers or raise shields. It's sure to be the most talked about piece of furniture in your home or office for many years to come! Back in the 1960s, the command chair was constructed by placing plywood around an obscure piece of Dutch office furniture and then adding wiring, lights, and switches. While the builders of the original set piece are no longer with us, that original command chair was found in the early 1990s and used as reference to construct an exact replica to be used for the sixth season Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Relics" for a holodeck recreation of the bridge of the original Enterprise. It would again appear nearly 15 years later in a mirror universe episode of Star Trek: Enterprise. Now, the same builder of this command chair replica for Star Trek, Steve Horch, recreates it once again for you. Based on countless photographic references of the original set piece, Steve and his company, HMS Creative Productions, builds a command chair virtually identical in appearance to what was seen on the original Star Trek . The chair measures approximately 40-inches tall x 38-inches wide x 40-inches long. The base measures about 35-inches wide x 42-inches long. Additional space will be needed for the swiveling chair to move freely. The chair assembly itself is 38-inches wide, but its corners may stick out beyond the base when it's being rotated. Authentic reproductions of all the switches and lights, plus the communications speaker, add intricate detail. This chair is comprised of hard woods and a formica finish. The chair features one included sound-- the hailing frequency or "Swain" sound. All the lights are high-brightness LEDs to aid in the reduction of the amount of heat that an original 1960s incandescent lighting system would produce, and all the indicators are colored transparent plastic castings based on the shapes seen as part of the original chair. All electronics are wired to an AC adaptor with a power cord coming out of the chair platform base for plugging into any 110V outlet. If you're sitting in the chair, the buttons on the left-hand side activate LEDs which light up the translucent fixtures within the controls. The eight switches all move and operate a single circuit that can be controlled by any of the switches. On the right-hand side, each w

Own Mr. Spock's Vulcan lute! Replicated to exact standards in the original Star Trek TV series! Hand-crafted musical instrument reproduction. Recreated for Roddenberry by prop makers HMS Creative Productions. Does not play music, but it's undeniably awesome! "Other cultures, among them certain Vulcan offshoots, use musical notes as words." - Mr. Spock. Now you, too, can cherish your very own Vulcan lute, hand crafted to appear exactly as it did in the original Star Trek television series, down to the monofilament string system. This Vulcan Lute is a made-to-order, high-end piece for your collection. It comes with an attractive display stand. Finely crafted of mahogany with a teak veneer and walnut accents, it's stained in certain areas for detailing, with a clear lacquer finish. The Vulcan Lute itself measures 16 1/2-inches wide x 39 1/2-inches long x 3 1/4-inches thick. Although the instrument reproduction will not play musical notes and is not tunable, it remains one of the most attractive and distinctively Star Trek prop replicas to be found anywhere¦ truly the pride of a discerning collector. Spock's Vulcan lute made its first appearance in one of the earliest Star Trek episodes, "Charlie X," and Spock would play it three more times during the course of the original series. A replica was later used in the fifth Star Trek feature film and was subsequently seen in a mirror universe episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Then, in Star Trek: Voyager, Mr. Tuvok made two references to playing his own Vulcan lute. Originally sculptured for Star Trek back in 1966 by Wah Chang from a single piece of wood (likely poplar or some other wood that was available in the large width needed), the lute prop was never intended to play actual musical notes. Wah stringed it using a single strand of nylon monofilament line strung twelve times up and down the instrument, coloring some strings to give them a different look. The lute was finished with airbrushed stains. Wah added a distinctive large knob on the front, which may have simply been the top of a Japanese or Chinese rice bowl. In the 1970s, the lute was painted black and used in an episode of Mork and Mindy, along with various other Star Trek props and costumes. According to sources, the lute was later discovered underneath one of Paramount's sound stages in the 1990s during the run of Star Trek: The Next Generation. This original lute and all of its parts were then carefully traced and recreated by HMS Creative Productions, prop makers for Star Trek for over two decades. HMS was hired to build precise Vulcan lute replicas that were used at Star Trek: The Experience in Las Vegas. Now you, too, can cherish your very own Vulcan lute, hand crafted to appear exactly as it did in the original Star Trek television series, even down to the monofilament string system. Because the original type of wood used remains a mystery, HMS has caref

Ancient, alien, and most of all¦ Klingon! Imperial necklace worn by actor David Warner as Klingon Chancellor Gorkon. As seen in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. Meticulously crafted reproduction for Roddenberry by Studio Art Metal Shop. Molded from the same models used in the film. Nearly 30 individual pieces, hand-linked together for this elaborate design! "I offer a toast. The undiscovered country. The future." - Klingon Chancellor Gorkon. When you order this amazingly detailed and intricate replica of the piece worn by actor David Warner in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, please understand that you're buying a meticulously crafted piece requiring numerous hours to cast and assemble by hand. Studio Art Metal Shop never mass produces any item they make. Featuring nearly 30 individual pieces, hand-linked together for an elaborate design, this breathtaking piece has been molded from the exact same models that were used back in 1991, and is cast in the same lead-free pewter, plated in antique nickel. The plating increases the durability of the piece and gives it the look of an ancient worn metal. By using modern spin casting, the necklace picks up even more fine detail than the older sand-casting method used in the past. The Klingon Chain of Office comes with a stand to attractively display the full piece. It's ancient, it's alien, and most of all¦ it's Klingon! Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery. Please note: Originally, two different necklaces were produced for the 6th film. One was intended for David Warner. The other was made for Rosanna DeSoto, the actress portraying Gorkon's daughter Azebur. Because of her smaller body size, several links were removed to make the 2nd necklace fit her better. The replica necklace being sold here is the full piece, identically recreating to the exact specifications the complete, larger necklace worn by David Warner. In 1979, legendary Star Trek costume designer Robert Fletcher hired the Studio Art Metal Shop to create jewelry, armor, and other regalia for Star Trek's many alien cultures. This relationship between Paramount's Star Trek Production Department and the Studio Art Metal Shop lasted for decades, with the artisans at Studio Art crafting the rank insignia for the Starfleet duty uniforms, elaborate costume accessories for the Vulcans and many other races, and becoming the de facto experts on Klingon wardrobe accoutrements throughout the various films and subsequent television series. When the time came to create the regal appearance of Klingon Chancellor Gorkon (masterfully portrayed by actor David Warner in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, ) Studio Art Metal Shop was told to design an elaborate imperial necklace for the Chancellor to wear around his neck. Based on the rich, historical "Chain of Office" necklaces presented to honored recipients throughout the centuries by European heads of state, this Klingon ne
